GraphSendMail provides transactional email delivery and analytics services via API and web interface. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
All emails sent through GraphSendMail must comply with CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other applicable regulations. You must have proper consent from recipients. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate sending policies.
The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by GraphSendMail. You retain ownership of content you transmit through the Service.
GraphSendMail is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, delivery failures, or service interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notice.
